Capitalize on your major areas of need with targeted full body circuits and strength training. Group sessions are 45 minutes for five or more individuals, starting out at two to three sessions per week. You’ll focus a little bit more on certain areas per session, which is determined by request. These requests are made at the end of the month where you and Lawrence review your work as a group. He has a background in both the military and track and field, and can adjust the training style based on the group.

As my client you’ll benefit from my knowledge of customized meal plans. I’ll consider the details you’ve provided in your new-client questionnaire, from there I’ll develop an effective and maintainable plan that works with your lifestyle. I’ll not only take into consideration your goals, I’ll ask you for communication about how you’re feeling, and require weekly check-ins so we can continually adapt your specific plan. I’ll also make recommendations of supplements and supplement companies I’ve found beneficial.
