Service Description

Service Includes: • Fitness app • Customized Meal Guide • Workout Regimen • Cardio and Recommended Supplements Semi personal sessions take place 2 to 3 times per week. Each session is 60 minutes and is Facilitated by LAW or someone on his coaching staff. Requests can be made monthly for specific areas you would like to target during class. Once a month you and Coach LAW will review your work as a group and make necessary adjustments to meet your fitness needs.
