๐ 1/2 block extra firm tofu, crumbled (198g)
๐ 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (5g)
๐ 1 teaspoon Adobo seasoning
๐ 30g raw spinach
๐ 1 tablespoon mild salsa (optional)
๐๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ
๐ Heat a medium size non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
๐ Add crumbled tofu and cook for 5 minutes. Stir frequently to prevent sticking.
๐ Add nutritional yeast, Adobo, and spinach, and cook until spinach has reduced in size and is bright green. It should not take more than 30 seconds.
๐ Top with optional salsa.
๐ Serve warm on its own, on toast, with tortillas, or whatever your heart desires.
